Very fast delivery.
This item arrived before I expected it with no communication with them needed. They just did their job well. I appreciated that because when I buy through auctions, delivery is often very slow, and that causes me to have to ask them what's happening.

Over the top experience!
I’ve purchased from DejaVu in the past and had a positive experience, but this time it was for our 50th anniversary and more important than ever before. The company rose to the occasion with the purchase and also helped me with the timing and connection with Steven from Empowered Business Solutions who handled the shipping that worked out delivery so it arrived before our anniversary. What can I say other than in addition to friendly and helpful but a smooth honest and professional easy transaction!

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience
Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I first emailed this auction house to arrange pickup but received no response. I then called on Monday and scheduled a Wednesday pickup. I drove three hours each way — six hours total. When I arrived, five of my purchased lots were missing. Staff simply said they could not find them. They knew in advance that I was coming. A professional auction house should verify that paid items are available before a customer makes such a long trip. At the very least, they should have called and postponed the appointment. Instead, I wasted six hours and left without several items. I was told I would receive a call that Friday. No one called. They finally contacted me about a week and a half later and said one painting had been found. I had to make another six-hour round trip. I expected the remaining missing items to be ready, but they were not. During the second pickup, when I asked about another missing figurine and refused to sign that everything had been received, an employee became hostile, refused to provide me with a copy of the paperwork, and used offensive language toward me as I was leaving. I later posted a Google review and attached screenshots, my invoice, and proof of the missing lots. Instead of investigating the missing items and the employee’s behavior, the owner publicly questioned whether I was a real customer because my Google name differed from my auction account name. This is outrageous. If their staff failed to document my two six-hour trips and repeated complaints, that is their internal failure — not proof that the events did not happen. The lack of organization, accountability, and basic respect was unacceptable. I will never bid with this auction house again. I strongly warn other bidders: do not use this auction house unless you are prepared to drive for hours, leave without paid items, and then be treated with hostility and insults. Completely unacceptable.

Gold Standard of excellence
I have deal with a large number of Auction House over the years. But haven't felt the need to do a review. Till recently when i dealt with DejaVu Estates Auctions. The customer service representative (M. M.) was very knowledgeable, Professional and went above and beyond to get me an answer to a particular question with a timely return call. It is my opinion dealing with DejaVu Sales & Auction, sets the Gold Standard in Auction Houses. From the lot descriptions to shipping to receipt it was flawless. Would strongly recommend dealing with DejaVu Sales to experience what its like to deal with a world class operation.

Give a couple weeks for the shipping.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!
Totally misleading with their AL generated photos. The sofa I purchased was covered with Mold and heavily stained. That wasn’t the worst of it. Going to pick it up it was covered with debris as if it was in the trash. These people are crooks and incompetent. 40 years of buying Antiques online I thought I had seen it all. NOT … Be sure to inspect your item in person. You’ll never be able to reach them before, during, or after the sale. They will lie and mislead on condition of the items. As I said, total thieves

Hi Brenden! I'm sorry-but all of our furniture is in our showroom and available for preview. While we do use AI to show how items can look in another setting-the pictures of the actual items are shown. Thee is no way we could have a moldy sofa in our showroom without anyone noticing.

Received refund for missing items.
Overall, good experience with this auction company. I loved their man cave auction and wish I would have bought more lots. Received all items as described and safely packaged. Only issue with this order was I did not receive the hot wheels that were pictured in one of the lots that I purchased and they only offered me a partial credit because I received the rest of the items from the lot, which were not the primary reason why I chose to bid for this lot.

Luscious Lalique Vase As advertised
I have always wanted the XL ring of maidens Vase signed by Rene Lalique but the time was never right, but this time I was determined to get this vase and I did. And I love it. And the two ladies working when I picked it up or so sweet and actually a lot of fun.

First Impressions

Ask for your items to be close to the doors they will be leaving from.
This was my 1st time bidding and winning a piece of furniture. Paying for the chair was easy. The ladies at the auction house were friendly when I arrived to pick up. The chair was at the far back of a very crowded show room and they have you sign a waiver, that you will not damage any other items, on your way out. That can be a very tricky trying to maneuver a lg piece of furniture! Why the item was not near the door remains a mystery. You would think it would have been moved closer to where it was going out, as the auction house has you make an appointment and knows when you're arriving.

As an auction house, we sell items as-is, where-is, and our Terms and Conditions clearly state that buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary help, tools, carts, blankets, and equipment needed to safely remove large or heavy items. We do not have moving staff on site, and our showroom staff is not able to lift, move, or stage furniture closer to the door for pickup. Pickup appointments help us manage traffic and customer flow, but they do not include moving or relocating items before arrival. With a busy, full showroom, items must remain where they are until the buyer or their hired mover removes them. We understand that large furniture can be difficult to maneuver, which is why we strongly encourage all buyers to plan ahead and bring proper help for pickup. We appreciate your business and hope this clarifies our furniture pickup process.

Excellent Service
They bent over backwards to accommodate me in picking up my item. I thought I had made an appointment but actually didn't. Therefore, I showed up at their showroom unannounced. However, they found my item and were exceptionally nice about it. I have bought several items from them and their service is always excellent.
