Payment process was really the one thing that for some reason I was struggling with, but the staff at BK auctions, extremely helpful and very efficient and to the point in helping me resolve my payment issues. With regards to the online auction there was no sound and the computer would say going once … Going twice … Final warning there be five more bids back to back to back to back to back and then they would automatically close That items auction and realize that Auction would’ve kept on going until he can get the highest price that anybody want to pay but it seems like a ********** hide in your bed and just before they announce final warning the most likely win item. I feel that the 15-25 % charge for the seller is outrageous and added to my frustration. Service is great I’m now waiting on an invoice that’s been past 5 days to be given to me yet the money has been withdrawn and items not shipped yet. I am certain it will all work out. Very cool and unique items but I can’t be sure if the selling company has validated the authenticity of the items I purchased.
