i have tried calling this auction house numerous times. maybe 20 or more. they never answer. where is my item? i paid for it a long time ago.

I had successfully bided for a item on 10 August 2019 and made payment of about USD2500 almost immediately to Portland Antique Gallery. It refused to send items even after more than 2 months. Subsequently I asked for refund and the Auction house was unresponsive completely. The Liveauctioneers support team had assisted me but to no avail. Please avoid bidding from this auction House, it is definitely a scam! Unresponsive! Everyone shares the same experience? Seen someone posted that Portand Antique Gallery is using a fake address too. It has been almost 4 months and no news from Portland Antique Gallery nor much help from Liveauctioneers. BEWARE of SCAM! Any advice on getting my refund would be most appreciated.

I am long term buyer from this auction house. I love my purchase from them. I think it is unfair to the auction house if most satisfied customer did not leave the good comments because most of them neglect this. Of course there is something not 100 % good, like long time to wait. But anyway I am very excited after i receive my package. Your guys need do some improvement or explain more details to your customers. I will be back to buy more and happy be your followers. Thank you.

Horrible. Never received item despite immediate payment. Can't get a phone call through-non-working number. VISA has refunded my payment after 30 + days of no response and no receipt of item.

I must sayd, I find it very sad and totally unfair, why Portland Antique Gallery not can be honest, because its not professional how Portland Antique Gallery work, and how they cheated with the description! In the book and in their description stood the size of the scroll painting is 49 x 34 cm, but after I got it, the sizes was 51 x 33.5 cm, thats totally different sizes!?! And they described the painting as, „ not print or copy ��, but it is clearly a copy... They want clearly that buyers then guessing, that the scroll must be a real one, when the scroll and the artwork published in the book, have the very same sizes and color!?! And I sended them even a message with „ when the sizes and colors and all the painted areas are the very same and match, then they must actually be authentic ��, but they not were honest and they did not responded something similar and honest back to me like „ yes, but the sizes, the color and a few other little things is different than in the book ��, oh its so unfair......... I never ever would have bought it, or bid that high, if THEY would have described it totally honest and correctly (size, painting colors).......!? Oh, we human beings should really be more fair to each other, help each other, be there for each other, and not be egoistic, selfish and only be mercenary (money greedy)....

Awful, just the worst experience. No communication, sent to the wrong address after they confirmed the correct one.

This auction house is a scam-virtual office in Portland, New Jersey UPS store p. o. box and virtual phone number. No way to communicate with them. They should be removed.

Auction house does NOT respond to any questions on shipping. No way to get your merchandise. Scam???

Auction house won’t respond to any communications. Phone # is to a vague voicemail. Merchandise has yet to be received. Frightening experience.

This auction house is very unresponsive to custom's request, even with multiple contacts. The shipping is very slow. They ask customs to wait 2-4 weeks for the shipping of bids. Even so, I waited for 5 weeks and my items still not arrive!

selling all counterfeits, using Live Auction as a fishing tool. physical address is residential and actual billing address is in New Jersey. be ware of them!
