We have never advertised that we cover the cost of shipping for jewelry. We do "handle" in-house shipping of jewelry but we do not cover the cost. We pack and send in standard shipping boxes as stated in our terms and conditions. We highly recommend emailing any auction house including ours for a condition report and any questions you may have at least 1 business day prior to the auction. In regards to your purchase, the earrings are as described in the catalog. A lab-grown diamond can sometimes test as moissanite on a standard diamond tester because of the presence of boron impurities within the diamond, particularly when grown using the high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) method; this boron can affect the diamond's thermal conductivity, causing it to register similar to moissanite on a basic tester, which relies on heat conductivity to differentiate between stones. When boron is incorporated into the growing diamond crystal during the HPHT process, it can alter the electrical conductivity, making it read more like moissanite on some testers. The earrings you purchased are backed by a PGL certificate as well which you can also confirm with them. We thank you again and look forward to discussing with you very soon.
