Love when they are able to ship auction items as they know the care it takes to protect art investments... as opposed to shippers who just move the items as quickly as possible.

Easy process all the way through even though I was worried with it being the first online auction I’ve done. I remember the Auctioneer being easy to follow and I was happy to win a few prints for a very reasonable investment. I will definitely follow this auction house for other events.

Questions are answered quickly and I love the inhouse shipping. I've purchased some wonderful treasures through this auction house.

I have bought from Grant and always been pleased. A great auction that deals fairly with everyone.

I don’t remember biding on this item but I did bid on a different bat. My bid came up as a different bat for my same bid amount. I emailed him about it and he didn’t respond. I was pushed into paying so my profile wasn’t tarnished. The when I received the bat, his description of the item was not accurate. It said no crack and it had a big crack. I asked him a question about my bid and he never responded. Shipping was quick. Use caution with this seller.

Zero problems. Accurate condition description, ease of payment for both lots and shipping, shipping fee was fair and more importantly the multiple box were strong and packaged correctly to keep movement to a minimum. I highly recommend.

Shipping was very reasonable and the item was well packed and received within a reasonable timeframe.

The description of the print condition was right on target. I paid the invoices for the print and the shipping charges as soon as I got them, and they shipped the item reasonably quickly. I just wish they had offered the option to ship by UPS or FedEx. They used the post office, and it meant that I had to go the post office and pick the package up.

I received the items, perfectly packaged, with fast shipping, good communication, automatic payment worked flawlessly, and everything worked out as expected. I would buy again.
