The worst auction house I dealt with, because they never respond to any messages you leave.
On top the fact that they never respond to any emails or voice messages you leave. I call multiple time to inform them I will have someone pick up my items, of course they never responded. After they shipped my items I unpacked them and to top it all, 1 piece arrived broken in multiple places, other 2 other pieces had previous damage that was not stated in the condition report. Bidders, do not trust them and believe what they write.

Grant Zahajko was great. It's Liveauctioneer I have a big issue with when they were going to charge $101 for shipping. I called the auction and they said they would do the shipping for $38. When the box came, the items were very nicely packed-thanks Grant Zahajko. To Liveauctioneer-you need to get out of forcing auction houses in using your rip off shipping services.

No muss, no fuss, smooth transaction
I had no issues whatsoever with this auction. Granted, it was for a discrete, small, easily packed item (a book), but the transaction was carried out professionally. Have bought through this house before, and will assuredly do so again.

5 star service on every count in this fabulous auction.
Everything was done beautifully-from the accurate descriptions, copious, informative photos, smooth auction, to in-house packing and shipping. Grant Zahajko auctions excelled in friendly communications and top-notch follow through. The packing and shipping of pottery was extraordinarily well-done. This was great teamwork every step of the way.

As always, fantastic experience
Great auction house. Items are always as described. Employees are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I love the variety in their auctions and the items that are available. My only criticism would be that I wish the bid increments were smaller on items under $100.

Wonderful packing job very nice Customer Service. She was great!
I purchased a doll and was worried about her eyes falling in during shipping. I talked to someone who was extremely nice and taped her eyes with care. She packed her exceptionally well and she got here in perfect shape. I would buy from them again. They really were wonderful!

Repeat Buyer; Excellent Experiences
I really enjoy shopping with Grant Zahajko Auctions. I look forward to seeing new auctions by this auction house. They have such interesting and unique items. They are very responsive to inquiries and have always been so friendly and professional in person. The pieces I’ve purchased are always accurately shown on the website, and they do not try to hide flaws on the auction items. A very transparent and reputable seller. One of my items was damaged while in their possession and they went truly above and beyond to make it right before I ever knew there was a problem. The buyers premium was recently raised, which is a shame, as they had been one of the more reasonable auctioneers on buyers premiums. The higher the buyers premium, the less I buy. The only other tiny criticism I have is I wish they did not start their $25 bidding increments so low in the bids. People are much more willing to bid an extra $10 on a $50 bid than an extra $25 each bid. Grant Zahajko Auctions: keep those auctions coming because I’m excited to see what you have next!

Reliable auction house
I've made a number of purchases from this house in recent years. Each transaction has worked well and the items have been as described. Shipping and packing is done well, conscientiously, and affordably. My latest purchase arrived carefully packed and intact. They are a reliable house in my experience.

Shipping was strange-received multiple "early" shipping notices.
I received multiple early indications that my item was to be delivered, a week and a half prior to actual delivery. It came in the time expected, packaging was great and item as expected. Other than bogus emails, great experience.
