Good Communication Is Essential
This was my first time participating in an auction at Bramlett & Company. I purchased a Pennsylvania House king-size cherry bed, which is quite lovely. It took my regular shipper a while to get to Marietta, Georgia, to pick it up, but they were very understanding and patient about it. As a dealer in quality used furniture, the logistics of getting my purchases to my location can be problematic and stressful, especially when the auction house is further away. This was a positive experience from start to finish, and I hope to have the chance to participate in future auctions at Bramlett & Company!

professional service. I got the items I won and they were what I bid on.
Because I bid on stuff all over the country, shipping is an important option to me. If there is no shipping, there is no bidding. Bramlett offers shipping, does it professionally and without a great deal of expense. I get what I bid on and won very quickly.

Proactive in arranging affordable shipping
Bramlett went out of their way to contact me with a much more affordable shipping option than was offered by Live Auctioneers, and were patient with me as we worked through that process. They saved me a decent chunk of money as a result. Much appreciated!

Bramlett & Co. was easy to work with!
Bramlett & Co. was very professional and easy to work with! The description was accurate, and the photos of the doll trunk were good, but they did not do justice to the wonderful doll clothing and accessories that were included in the trunk. I was surprised and delighted when I opened the trunk and looked at each accessory and piece of clothing individually, not as the group shown in the photos! I thought that the final packing and shipping cost was high, but the trunk was VERY well packaged (double boxed and bubble wrapped, floating in styrofoam peanuts) and arrived just as it appeared in the auction photos. I am looking forward to future auctions with Bramlett & Co.!

There are many ways to rate a business. I go on how I am treated as a customer. Whomever has been designated to review emails is either nonexistent or overwhelmed.

Great Auction House!
I was surprised to find an auction house near me, one that I did not have not have to pay exorbitant shipping charges to simply attain my winning lots. The have a wonderful operation and a nice showroom to go and walk around very near Atlanta. I highly recommend! Also, I just realized that I had been bidding on their auctions for over a year before I realized they were in town. So now I pick up my items when I win, and no their shipping was not expensive!
