However most importantly, I was scheduled to pick up my items and had an emergency and all the staff I spoke with (3 different people) were not only very responsive, but so empathetic, understanding, and accommodating. M. J. Stasak is not responsive to shipping question. By default, they keep the item.

Paid shipping then was asked to pay shipping again a week later so i did thinking the first payment hadn't passed, checking with visa confirmed 2 payments had been sent, contacted Michael Stasak twice for a refund with no answer

Invoicing, payment, shipping/tracking was very easy and convenient. My old issue would be with the items packing, an old unsturdy box shouldn’t be used to ship fragile items. Other then that no issues with the auctioneer.
