Courteous professional service
Mike was quick to answer my questions. His product descriptions were very accurate. The bidding process and buyers premium was fair and well advertised. When I picked up my items the staff went out of their way to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this auction. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

High shipping costs
Great auction house, but, 30 bucks to mail a pocket knife. Bubble envelope at that. I can’t afford buying from them anymore.
