Top of the Mountain
This is the kind of same old same old you want. Consistently attaining levels of service and value that meet or exceed expectations each and every time. If you are considering trying them out you will see. They are always great. Picked this piece up and saw plates from VA, NH, NY, Ohio with Delaware pulling in. It is real with expectations met every visit. Just do it.

In spite of the fact that the website clearly states that pick ups must come with enough help to move items, I was offered assistance. M. J. shared the background behind my auction item and was really lovely to work with. When I was picking up my item, there were many other customers who seemed to know M. J., and I confirmed that they were repeat customers. Nothing says good service like repeat customers. Thank you M. J.

I’ve won a few auction items from M. J. Stasak. Michael has always been very responsive to questions I’ve asked and very supportive. He is a true professional and I can’t say enough about their service. I recommend dealing with this auction house.

Mike, you did a fine job, you might want to consider a differnt shipper. Subpar tubes, slow response
Arrived damaged due to cheap shipping tube. Their shipping service needs to up their game and pay a few cents more for shipping tubes, they were very slow, bordering on unrespnsive with the claim. I would have suggested they have me return it ommediately and take it up with the post office. I was refunded $70, actually paid $79, all good. Just another example of attention to detail being a bit lacking.

Flexibility
Over the course of the past 10 years or so, I've had a few scheduling issues or missteps. It happens. In every case Mike and the staff have done everything in their power to adjust or modify to assist me with my pick-ups. I couldn't be happier with their service. 5 stars across the board 👍

Accuracy, accommodating and communication
Accuracy, accommodating and communication plus they are really nice. I have been following and bidding with M. J. Stasak Jr. Auction and Appraisal Service for seveal years and they are always on my schedule. I have never had a problem. This is because they communicate so well. You have a great idea of the rules and anytime I have had a question I never have to wait or ask twice. pickup is always easy with the location marked and visible from the road. I love the road trips too, and that tells you the wide area of love they have generated. Great reputations have to be earned and they do each and every auction. Give them a shot and you'll experience what I have experienced, which is over the top excellence.
