The time it takes to ship items once bought and paid for is unreasonably long. g
I feel that the Stasak auctioneers may be inexperienced in handling online sales, in particular with respect to packing & shipping items on a timely basis. Also, it is disappointing that so many items are not available to be shipped. One item I won had a crucial broken part that was not mentioned in its description rendering it worthless.

Hello, 90 % of the Auctions we do are at the estates. Our shipping invoices go out approx 7 business days after our pick up day, which is stated in our terms. We are very experienced in our online Auctions & handling times. The part lacking experience is people not reading the terms. You never contacted us saying an item was broken. This is the first I have heard of it.

Easy & great to deal with
I have had nothing but good experience with this auction house. I feel like they bend over backwards to answer questions and help in any way possible. Every question I have had has been answered and every item I have won has been handled very well. I look forward to getting notifications about their upcoming auctions because I have seen some pretty interesting items!

Best people to work with ever!!
I was so pleased to win several items in a spring auction. After ME not following up quite as promptly I should have, I finally realized and contacted the auction house. The Stasaks were absolutely fantastic to work with; everything was corrected and happily taken care of. and I have received the items I won, which were exactly as described.

Very professional and personable operation
The entire experience was flawless. Mr. Stasak is very hands on, and the item-a 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers World Series commemorative mug-is absolutely flawless. During the process, I had occasion to speak with Mr. Stasak in pursuit of some clarification. He was personable, helpful and every expectation he set was met. I highly recommend this auction house.
