Communicative, Accurate and Nice to Deal with over Repeated Purchases

Love My Turtle

My favorite auction house, and I use quite a few!
I enjoy using this auction house. Even though they are based quite a ways from my home, it is a lovely drive, and an easy pick up. Friendly representatives and easy website. What's not to love?

Charged $22.80 to ship a first class envelope
I understand that I need to pay for time and supplies, but I shipping is around $5, so I paid $7.60 an ounce for shipping. For large items they might be ok, but dont bother.

Hello, Your 4oz package insured for $58.22 from 18055 to 27617 was $7.80 (actual postage), plus the $15 handling fee. If you read the shipping terms, you would have saw that there is a handling fee. I am sorry you were not capable of reading the shipping terms of the Auction and felt you had to give us a 2 star review because of your negligence. The shipping terms are posted in the Auction Terms, Description and in The Shipping Terms. That is 3 places that you failed to read.
