Miller & Miller Auctions Ltd. is an extremely poorly organized company. First, they overcharged my credit card and left it unnoticed. Second, they never followed the instructions I left for packing the objects. And third, they never answered a single question I left about the approval for the upcoming auction. I will not recommend this auction house to any bidders! One more thing. They provide false information about their objects. For example, a hobby model of a steam engine was listed as an original salesman sample. This is false information presented to attract more bidders. Very unprofessional!

I recently purchased a chair of all things especially as I am in UK and the chair was in Canada. Shipping was as one can imagine tricky but the staff and Miller and Miller helped me by packing the chair for me and I was able to arrange my own shipping. I deal with auction houses all around the world and if they were all as helpful then this job would be a breeze. Thanks again.
