I purchased a fragile plastic vacu-form sign and was concerned how it would survive shipping. Miller and Miller packed it so well (with numerous fragile stickers on all sides of the box) it would have taken a car crusher to damage the item. I can't say enough positive things about Miller and Miller. WELL DONE!

The auction content was excellent... Shipping was calculated right in with the total bill and sent in with the total bill invoice. VERY EASY.... no further action was needed... item sent within days and received at my door in 1 week... WOW.... Most auction houses in the States, this process takes 5 to 7 weeks NO KIDDING.... This is the most beautiful antique globe of its size I've seen and its pictures did not disappoint. Exactly as described, packed and shipped with care, a true antique. It gives me joy to look at it every day.

The shipment from Canada (Toronto metropolitan area) to myself in the USA was abhorrently slow. It sat somewhere in Toronto for over a week. Now this could be due to multiple factors, covid, etc. But not once did I receive an update from the auction house on what was happening. They were a complete failure on this front. Ill not do business with them nor recommend them to international buyers.

Though the bidding process is for Canadian funds, I was billed the same for US currency. Something to keep in mind for that use US, Brit, or European currency.

Every step of the process from bidding to item shipment/receipt went very smoothly. Excellent in-house shipping helps ensure your items get to you promptly and in "as purchased" condition.

This was my first auction outside of the US so I was a bit apprehensive. Everything was flawless and shipping was much easier than I thought it could be. Can't wait until the next auction!!
