Great Service and quick responses to my questions. With the advent of LA and other online auction platforms auction houses have lost the ability to service the clients. This auction house does not fit that mold. They also provide expert in-house packing which is very reasonable. My glass items arrived from Canada to the U. S. quicker than an item I purchased in Florida, which took over two weeks to receive, and for which I paid twice as much in shipping. Check them out you will not be disappointed!

I purchased a vintage pocket watch. If I would have asked more specific questions on the condition of the item I may not have been surprised/disappointed with the product. The description said it was functional and I should have asked if it is correctly working. The item is technically "functional" but it will require some significant repair to function correctly. I do not fault Miller and Miller, they are a fine auction house. I fault myself for not being more careful and I fault the person who wrote the initial description. He/she was not being totally accurate.

I would buy from Miller & Miller again. They were very helpful in answering questions fast. They shipped it really well and protected.
