It was disappointing that this auction house did not respond to my request to break down the charges and explain the shipping cost. The shipping costs seemed inflated but after checking around I decided to paid the invoiced amount.

We purchased from them before and the items arrived broken. They immediately granted us credit for both the items and the shipping costs, then credited us back on our next purchase, which arrived in perfect condition. That is great customer service, showing that they care for, respect, and value their customers and are honorable people. I would definitely do business with them again. Customers also really appreciate their inhouse shipping!

I have already provided it to them, but here it is again. The auction description was in error, and there were no means by which to gauge scale, so I bid on something I didn't want because I thought, on the basis of the auction description, that it was MUCH larger than it turned out to be. They commiserated, but offered nothing by way of alleviating my extreme suffering! I took an aspirin and got over it.
