I received an email with payment instructions, and my item arrived in great condition pretty quick. It was expertly wrapped and packaged to avoid damage. I can't believe the company sent a seragraph printed on very thick paper in a rolled tube. The art is lying on my dining room table curled up and hasn't relaxed to flat. I'm afraid to put weight on it because it could crack the paint. Very poor decision by whoever curled it up in a tube. Stupid.

I'm really happy with the entire experience. I got the item I wanted for a fair price, it was shipped soon after the auction and packaged very well. I emailed a question and received a reply very promptly. It was such a great experience that I'm already a repeat customer and bought another item in another auction held be Robinhood.
