The necklace I received is fake coral. The description was deliberately misleading and the caveats, I should have heeded, are there to protect exclusively the seller.

When buying jewelry online, the photo is often considerably better than the actual item, as was the case here. It was OK though. Their hours were listed and I arrived 15min after the published opening but was told that I should come back in the afternoon to pick up my item due to processing after the auction. However, when I explained that I drove from an hour away due to their published hours, they found the item and I was able to pick it up without coming back.

I won The item they told me it was sold before I’m still waiting for my money I will never buy from this auction again. Very disappointed.

You are lucky to have first class shipping as one of your shippers. Good job at a reasonable price. I find unreasonable shipping fees to be the biggest problem I have with most live auctioneers.

I was watching the auction on liveauctioneer and there seemed to be a lot of cases where the bidding was going back and forth between an absentee bidder who left a bid on liveauctioneer and a “competing bid”, which seemed to mean someone physically present at the auction. It would continue until the absentee bidder’s max was reached and was outbid by the competing bidder. Then suddenly the competing bidder’s last bid was retracted and the absentee bidder was left with buying the item at their maximum bid. I can’t think of any good reason for this to happen as much as it did in this auction. There might have been one, but it didn’t look good to someone watching online.

I still did not receive the item paid 2 weeks ago. No communication at all with this auctioneer. Sent a few emails, they don't answer! Be aware!

I have been able to find wonderful, high quality antiques. The process from signing up to bid to shipping has been an excellent experience. It is so nice to know I can find what I collect.

I paid almost as much to ship my purchase as I did for what I purchased. I will not buy unless they have in house shipping. It was packaged great but way too expensive.

Looking forward to the next auction.

Tea cup lot very bad, not look like you show A lot of 7 Paragon English bone china teacup & saucer sets with floral designs. Please note that one saucer is Collingwood but matches it's mate well. Tallest cup approx. 3 . Saucers approx. 5 5/8" diameter +.

Recommended shipper was a joke. I had VERY big problems with shipper and auction house was slow in responding. I was not happy at all.

You need a better app for phones!! Do u know that you can be watching an auction for ur item to come up and if u walk around with your phone or put ur phone down and pick it back, if your fingers hit the right place it bids and u don't even know until u get an invoice!!! No other Auction place is like this, because I get grief and u get bad a d the ppl lose money. I will never go to ur site again and I'm warning my colleagues
