Will not ever buy again

As the title says: a good house. Accurate descriptions. Questions answered promptly. I am more than willing to do business with this firm again, should the opportunity present itself.

Highly recommend very professional

I won an item that was less than 2 inches and came with a single sheet of paper (Certificate of Authenticity). And at first I was being charged for 80 , which was absurd since it was a small item. and would weigh less than 2 lbs. So I called to figure out why it was that expensive, I was told it had to be put in a bigger box so it wouldn't get lost, the box was a tissue paper size box! Then, I was told that they can give me a discount upon a mangers approval. Eventually the manager was out so they made an executive decision to give it for 30 $(which was still so expensive because I am only 3 states away nor was it a next day service. I agreed because there is nothing I can do. When the package came, both the item and the folded document was inside a ziplock bag wrapped in paper and bubble wrap inside a box. You would think that they would atleast put the document in an envelope flat inside the box. When I sent them an email, this is the reply: We understand your frustrations regarding the shipping cost as the carriers did raise the rates another 5.9 % as of 1-1-2024 per the manager of the shipping offices. We will pass this information onto the shipping offices but we must express that our offices do not charge you for the the packing and shipping of any items bought and paid in our auction. Kindest regards. So. my question is, why was I billed by RBfinearts shipping if they are not the same company? They could atleast

Certificate which is very important for a 1922 document. The document nearly torn into dust. Shouldve been better if placed inside a hard folder.

So good to see a wonderful on line auction house with clear and concise descriptions of their products. All items are packed so beautifully and. One on a timely manner from whence they come. It is nice to have plenty of time to make a final bid before it’s over. I highly recommend this one to anyone who wants to make a bid!
