I won several paintings in the Neue auction, and they are exactly as pictured and described. High quality items that arrived with excellent packing. I'm very satisfied and will buy from Neue Auctions again.

I "won" an auction item through Neue (an oil painting), and it was a good experience, and actually a bit fun doing it the first time online. The painting was as-described and the photos were good and right on. I phoned them about sending a check for payment and the person on the phone was responsive and clear. I balked at the percentage the auction house gets, but then I noticed some auction houses charging a ridiculous 30 % cut, so I think Neue is inline with other auction houses when it comes to their cut. Hopefully Neue won't increase their percentage because for sure I would NOT bid at those Nonsense percentages. What I hated was the shipping cost, (another one hundred dollars to an outside vendor, not Neue) but insuring an oil painting is probably hefty and drives the cost up. The actual packaging was not that great. With the cost of shipping, insurance, and the cut the auction house gets, it will be a loooong time before I bid on any future online auctions. But overall, Neue was fair and fine.

I submitted (on-line) a bid on a small oil painting offered by Neue Auction. I ended up with the high bid and hence the painting. Shipping arrangements were easy to make and the painting arrived in good condition on time if not earlier than expected. Neue answered questions promptly. Overall, I had a great experience buying an oil painting at auction and would not hesitate to do so again especially any offered by Neue Auction.

$80 to ship a $200 item is a little much. I will most likely avoid bidding on vendors who don't offer in house shipping. Other than that and all the extra fees I was very happy with my purchase.

I like very much the "cowboy" and the "indian" statutes I bought from "Neue Auctions" at the most recent auction. They were delivered yesterday meticulously packaged and in great condition. Only good things to say about the speed, efficiency and quality of the transaction.

Company do not ship items. You need to make arrangements with independent shipping company. It will delay shipment and make it very expensive (because shipment company need pickup item) Otherwise company will respond on all your email or phone calls

Excellent auction house. Made it very easy to have my items shipped. 100 % satisfied!
