I enjoyed this 'mixed bag' of very cool, interesting and unique items at the auction-found a lot to bid on, and found the staff very helpful with additional information about those items, very friendly and quickly responsive to my emails and questions. Photos were very accurate and they were willing to send me additional ones on several items. I had a great time bidding and won some really superb items! Definitely will be back for more of their auctions regularly. Class act all the way!

Neue Auction provided information concerning shipping of item. The description of item was correct. Misty at UPS Store # 1240 did excellent job in packaging and shipping my purchase. Very pleased with my purchase.

Update: The shipping company has trained all personnel to carefully follow guidelines for proper packaging further to my item incident. I was then promptly offered a full refund for both shipment cost and broken item. Original: It is helpful to provide a long list of shipping couriers. However, customers should also be given a certain reassurance that the couriers suggested can all provide a professional service and professional packaging. Unfortunately, in my case, one of the suggested couriers gave a very poor service and, as a result, 2 of the items I bought were completely smashed due to poor packaging. Insurance cannot cover the loss of antique items which are by definition non replaceable by money. Make sure you choose a very reputable and professional courier when you ship antiques.

I've previously had negative experiences with several online auction houses. The problems are under reporting condition issues and referring to a third party shipper with predatory shipping prices. This auction reported condition accurately and referred me to a shipper with fair and reasonable prices.

Neue Auctions are very approachable, friendly and welcoming. Well curated collections and just plain pleasant to deal with.
