They didn’t provide a secure way for payment... had to give card info over phone to s person... they did say on the next auction they would hav3 a secure way for payment... but they aren’t the only auction house that I’ve found on liveauctioneers that didn’t use you4 secure method of payment thru PayPal.... other than that they answered my questions and shipped quickly

I looked at item without bidding and then I receive a invoice when I contact the seller they say I have to get in touch with the auction house, with numerous emails to them with no respond. I was told it was all done electronic and records, which I requested copies of to show to a lawyer which as of today no records have been sent and I'm getting emails that i can no longer bid until the dispute is settled. Well you have just lost my business and I'm reporting to Better Business advised by attorney, do to the harassment I have been given and will be followed by attorney letter.
