Thanks for bidding and buying! The "white glove" freight shipping offered via our shipping software utilizes 3rd-party shippers unknown to us. It is affordable and fast (2-4 weeks from payment typically), but we don't have control over the actual shipper. We do maintain a list of shippers we know and recommend, though they may be a bit more expensive and may take longer. Thanks!

Resolved an issue exceptionally well
I purchased an item in a Meander auction that turned out to be different than described. When I contacted the auction house, they immediately apologized and offered to take the item back and issue a refund. They were exceptionally responsive and professional about the issue, which is not what I am used to encountering in my dealings with auction houses. Five stars!

We're not sure why this review is only 2 stars. The guy bid and paid and we packed and shipped. We emailed him to see if there was an issue that we could address, but we got no response. We're always open to fixing issue, but we need to hear from you!

Wonderful Auction House
I had a great experience with this auction house. Their facility is lovely and if you go there to pick up your item you will see all their items and you will wish you had bid on other things!

Carefully packaged for shipping
The large framed antique print that I got was as described, and I was especially impressed and appreciative of the thorough protective packaging provided by Meander Auctions when they shipped it to me via UPS. Unwrapping it took me 15 minutes, and revealed the print to be safely intact.

Safe packing
This was my first experience with Meander Auctions. It was a wonderful experience. Correspondence was excellent, packing, my biggest concern was above excellent. The item was described correctly. Bidding was easy. After this I will watch all Meander auctions and hopefully win again.
