The ring I received is flawed and does not represent what was advertised

3 weeks after paying for item I have yet to receive any information about when I will receive my purchase. There has been no communication from Papps unless I have initiated. Very dissatisfied.

The auction was good. The price I paid was fine. The item I received was not the item I purchased, although similar not correct. Multiple attempts to contact seller and very poor response. Still trying to correct the problem.

Most items I received have been good but some were terrible. I reached out about a 0.92ct diamond ring that was supposed to be D colour but is cloudy yellow. Even the certificate says D colour. Extremely disappointed 😥. Email sent 2 days ago and no response. Also had a ruby pendent that does not loot like the photo. Was hoping to stock my shop with a lot of items from here as they seemed very good. Maybe not now
