Extremely happy with all my lovely purchases.

I wouldn't make a purchase with Luxury Resale again. My item arrived all wrinkled and in a ball with a terrible smell. The item was dry clean only.

Immediately upon winning this item I contacted the Auction House to request that the item be sent by reasonable means (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS priority, etc.). Given the item was only USD 175 that is what made the most sense. I was horribly surprised after being charged roughly USD 45 for shipping to have the UPS delivery man at my door stating the package was C. O. D. There were some taxes & duties due (shipped to Canada) but what really bothered me was the $61 in brokerage fees. Why in God's name would the Auction House send an item purchased at that price by a means where the total shipping cost (over CAD 100) would account for 1/3 of its total cost? Upon unpacking the item I was also rather bothered to discover that there was yellowing at the neckline of the white hoodie. This was not highlighted in the images, nor was it mentioned in the Item Description. It is my son's Christmas present, thus, I am yet to learn whether he will find that so bothersome that he (a) dislikes it or (b) believes it affects its resale value (approx. placed on the item was $700-$1000). Overall I am not impressed.

Luxury Resale Network is an improved bidding process over other auction sites and they are prompt in processing.

I purchased an expensive watch with the Network and it was only superficially cleaned. There was dark gunk in between the chain links of the bracelet and hardened dirt underneath the watch. It was clearly only wiped down on the outside and not thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, the watch was packaged well (not in the original box, though) and shipped quickly.

Loved my item, arrived quickly. The auction provided a convenient form of payment. Easy communication. Will be back to shop or consign.

Everything was in Pristine Condition!! Fast shipping and shipped with Care. Will purchase from Luxury Resale again..
