I received a sideboard that I spent quite a bit of money for, and it had active woodworm in it. As a dealer, there are few things more concerning than something like this, as it is a liability. When I asked for reimbursement to treat the piece, their response was 'As-Is, Where-Is, without recourse.' Anyone who spends any time with furniture can spot active woodworm quite easily, and their inability to help financially with this issue or take responsibility for it does not sit well with me. It is also possible their warehouse is infected, beware.

I have had a few interactions with Howard and Thomas. Each has been issue-free. They have responded quickly to my questions and facilitated pick-up smoothly.

The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This pocket watch is so much more impressive in appearance and condition than the photos on the site. The shipping process provided a lump sum cost option that was easier to execute than contacting the auction house, arranging for shipment and paying separately. The item was securely packaged and arrived intact. The pocket watch is in very fine condition and most likely cleaned before the auction because it runs exactly on time. I am very pleased with this purchase.
