I was a bit disappointed with the necklace I won because when I got it, it was not nearly as nice as the description. And it wasn’t vintage. It was Likely new. So I overpaid for a piece of custom jewelry that was not very well-made. Otherwise, service, including shipping was very good

Why do we have to constantly have to follow up with some of these auction houses to receive items we have already paid in full and for shipping! RIDICULOUS!

This was my first purchase from Noble House and I’m sure I’ll be checking their site often. The necklace is lovely and will make the perfect birthday gift for my sister, a turquoise collector.

Prior to the beginning of the auction, Noble House sent an email offering free shipping if you responded with a certain time. Period I responded and bid on the brooch that I ultimately won. However, I did not receive free shipping but was charged $15. After raising my concern with Noble House, the response was they did not see my email and I would get free shipping at the next auction if I reminded them. The fact is that I would not have bid as high as I did if I knew that I would also have to pay for shipping. I find this completely. unsatisfactory customer service and assumes that I would even want to do business with them again in the future.

accurate listing. packaged well. terribly slow shipping. shipping cost ridiculously high. absurd 28 % buyer's fee and $15 to ship a brooch and earrings but didn't ship until 2 weeks later. didn't receive until almost 3 weeks after purchase and i paid an outrageous $69 in total fees on a $140 purchase-50 % of the purchase price but still not even shipped until 2 weeks later. i got the items and it looks fine but it really was a very bad buying experience and very costly in fees and very slow

The auction process was excellent and made easy with clear photographs on what I was bidding on. Safe easy transactions to pay, and the in-house postage/delivery was flawless. I live inAustralia and I will confidently bid with Noble House collection Gallery in the future.
