they reported me for non payment i paid the day after the auction they refuse to give me shippers details i dont want them to ship. they dont answer emails or telephone i buy from hindreds of auctions-these are the worst

I won this item, and when it arrived, the 1st thing I did was open each roll one at a time and count each roll. The next to last roll had only 37 nickels instead of the usual 40 count. Maybe they took some out to take pictures and forgot to put them back. I was a tad ticked about it, but what can you do? It's your word against theirs. I don't know who's to blame. Whether it's the cosigner or the auction house for not opening or weighing them to see if they are all there. Will I buy from them again? I don't know. I guess it could depend on what it is. Did I contact them? I thought I did. Apparently, I ended up writing to Live Auctioneers, and I thought I had clicked on Cowboy Joe's link to tell them. But it's to late to do anything now. Live & learn, and always check your items under a video camera for documentation.

I'm a repeat customer. Cowboy Joe's Antiques describes its items well and ships quickly. I've never had a problem working with Cowboy Joe's. It's a great auction house.

This was a superb transaction in every way. I had several questions and Joe went above and beyond to answer them. The framed poster was packaged with great care and arrived in perfect shape.
