They don’t wrap unboxed cylinder records unless you tell them to. The unboxed records came loose and there were rub marks on several as well as chunks of loose plaster in the box. They charge $2.75 per cylinder. I didn’t know that they would not be wrapped or that they offered the wrapping service. Was very disappointed. It was all sent by freight and cost nearly $1000.00 to ship.

Great variety of numismatic pieces

I was the high bidder on a large number of items. I was arranging a time to pick up my purchases. I live about 8 hours away. Steve Stanton personally gave me a call to let me know he had a truck that was heading south of me with a delivery and that he would be willing to add my items to the load for a very reasonable price. They run a quality auction and their customer service is second to none

I won two watches that were both described as "running". When I received the watches neither worked. I won't be using Stanton auctions again.

Bought several items online because I couldn't get to auction early enough to bid on items I wanted. Arrived at end of auction to pick up, and it was a very smooth process. Steve Stanton had answered all my email questions the night before the auction very promptly, with good and helpful info. Will definitely be buying from Stanton's again!

Probably in the details but watch out for a pressing fee on top of the buyers premium! Geez take that into consideration when bidding.

Probably buried down the the legal notes but Stanton is already getting a 23 % buyers fee, then they hit you with a $50 processing fee. I little over the top if you ask me. They were responsive to questions about a missing item, but communications on transfer of items to a shipper was lacking. That could have been way better!

Very nice to deal with

My first live auction, easy to navigate and a pleasant successful result.

I have now dealt with Stanton's twice in auctions. The first experience was great with payment, the auction and shipment going off without a hitch. Although shipment in this second auction is en route, the second experience mirrored the first. Stanton's is pleasant to deal with, payment was perfect, packing and shipping were entrusted to outside professionals who specialize in that service and I just know that the items will arrive satisfactorily. My only hope is that one day I get to make the trip and attend one of their antique phonographs auctions in person. I have never been more impressed.
