Overall good
Description was good, but could have been better with more information. Only concern that could have been a problem was the packaging which was crushed, but fortunately the artwork was fine. I would bid with this seller again.

zero communication, never received our paid object
After we paid for a won lot, as we usually do with all the other auction houses, we tried to contact the shippers from the auction house's list, no reply from anyone. We tried to have assistance from the auction house about that, they replied only once saying that we have to refer to that list. After few months we were able to have someone there to contact them (difficult for us to manage communication from abroad), they first said that is their right to hold the goods even if paid if not picked up !) and then they stopped answering the phone.

Went above and beyond to help
They were great. I failed to pay attention to what days the Antiques Factory was open and sent my shipper on the wrong day. One voicemail later and the owner was in touch with the drive and came in to open up so that everything stayed on track. I can't thank them enough for being so on the spot accommodating.

Insane shipping and handling price for 1 photograph
Insane price for a small photograph. Close to $50 to package and ship a standard photo size photograph in a small 8 inch by 10 inch frame

Nothing can replace in-house shipping and the Antique Factory did it extremely well: Well packed, quick shipping and a logical price. Item was as described and communication was excellent. I recommend this auction house enthusiastically.

Straight forward and simple.
Very well organized system, processing and added in-house shipping on smaller items made it easy to bid and pay and receive my purchased lot. I love simplicity. So many auction houses do not offer shipping, so using outside excessively expensive services makes the bidding process overpriced and redundant. This auction house makes it easy and affordable to confidently place bids in items with no huge shipping surprise at the end.

Fabulous Cocktail Shaker
It took a bit of time to receive the shaker due to the Christmas holiday, but it was well worth it. The shaker was well packed and came intact. I could not be more pleased.
