Received everything as promised in the condition stated. Couldnt have beenhappier with my lots. I have to say, these guys were ON TOP of the shipping process, my lots were shipped the day AFTER I paid and received a couple of days later. All of the items I received were carefully packed for shipping. The photos and descriptions were accurate. The entire process was seamless. Have continued to work with this auction house because I know I can expect the highest standards!

Everything went smooth as expected. The only negative thing was the item identified as "WWII Era Liddiard ARC Red Cross Photo Book/Album. Named to Walter Liddiard who was the Field Director of the American Red Cross during WWII." made me think I was getting a photo album of the WW2 ARC Field Director. When in fact it was a personal photo album of Walter Liddiard and happened to have a handful of images of him in the Red Cross near the back. It was mostly personal image of him in every day life, family, wedding, home, vacations, new baby, no uniform, no Red Cross images. I would never have purchased this item had I seen it in hand because of that very reason, its just a personal photo album of someone and nothing exciting about it but with a handful of Red Cross photos in the back. Of the 321 photos 20 of them were identifiable as Red Cross so 6 % of them related to Red Cross. For this reason I feel I was deceived. However it was not overly expensive and just not worth the hassle of paying to return it. Lesson learned, no matter the description ASK DIRECT questions or as they say "buyer beware".

First time using CNY and I was not disappointed.
