Great experience
Some of the other auctioneers don’t provide good pics or give a good description of what they are selling

ADD-ON SERVICE FEE
They charged an add-on undisclosed service fee, and did not respond to condition of item inquiry. After sale customer service was fine.

DISCRIPTION FALSLY IMPLIED
The item I receied was not made of carved wood as the description said it was. It was a composite resin molded item. Mass Produced and not an original piee of work. It also arrived broken, but there was no impact to the and was well padded-so it was clearly broken before it went into the . I tried to discuss this with the auction house but they never responded to my plea. I would NEVER have bid on this piece of JUNK had it been described correctly. I want my high bid money back.

Very helpful
I'm very happy with Ziebarth's. The items I purchased were as described and high quality, and the auctioneer thoughtfully brought some of the items to an antique sale near my hometown, so I could pick them up, which saved me a lot on shipping.

Great auction to deal with.
Have been buying a few items from online auctions. This was my first time dealing with this auction. Some of the online auctions companies are hard to to contact even by telephone. Ziebarth's answered the phone and were very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great auction house
Mr. Ziebarth was very understanding when I accidentally bid on an item that I did not want. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them again.
