I wish they had been closer-expensive to get the table here. Not Public Sales fault. It is difficult to get a probed estimate from shippers most of the time

We've picked up at their beautiful location in Hudson, had things shipped, and also picked up at Brimfield, making buying easy and convenient. They are quick to respond to questions and thoughtful in all aspects of their auctions.

Shipping was slow to pick up, wrap & ship item. The auction ended April 19th, but did not receive item until May 19th, a whole month later. The item was well packaged. The item I won was $20, but the shipping & handling costs $120. I don't think I will ever buy from this auction house again.

I was delayed (admittedly very delayed) in arranging pickup of the items. I was, however, very disappointed that the company made no effort to tell me that they were eliminating the ability for me to pickup the items-and refused to disclose what had been done with the items (sold to someone else? kept by the company?). It was a really poor customer service experience and I was left with nothing after having paid for the items.

Very Very expensive shipping by the GRAVITY SHIPPING Co. The preferred shipper for this auction house. I would expect to see at least 3 different approved shippers for any auction house.... That's the way it's done for any company bidding on a job for any regular business, you shop out 3 bids and choose from.... When I contacted The GRAVITY shipping Co. on trying to reduce cost, I was snubbed..... A monopoly on shipping is not very cool.... We bidders spend a lot of money on these auctions and for that reason don't appreciate being taken advantage of for overpriced shipping. I've had shipped items that are heavier and larger from Canada that were 2/3 rds. the cost of this one.
