Buyers Beware of this auction house!

Items sent from this auction house were poorly packaged into a box with NO fragile stickers and a curved wooden icon wedged between two other icons subsequently snapped in half. A €2500 icon from the 17th century. No regard for the items whatsoever! The worst part is that I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now via message and email and I have had NO reply! Live Auctioneers have tried to contact them also and they have not responded to them either! I have no other option but to seek legal advice. These people shouldn’t be on this platform.
