I found a ring I liked, asked several questions and received extra photos and information in a timely manner. After I purchased the ring they even performed a repair on it for free before sending the ring to me. I’m very happy with my ring. One of the best experiences I’ve hade with an auction house.

I found them rather inflexible and unfriendly, the fumbling between them and Live Auctioneers unlike any other auction house I’ve dealt with-intractable and in the final analysis they then claimed they needed 6-8 weeks to ship it a couple of hundred miles.

As a very long time James Bond fan I couldn’t pass this up. I’ve bid on 4 other Bond photos and lost every auction. Then I saw this photo. Frankly it’s cooler than the others I did not win. The picture is exactly as it was described in the auction. Also it’s printed on real photo paper, not just a heavy weight paper like some auctions can be. I will bid on other Mynt auction items without hesitation. The listing was spot on, the photo was very high quality and Mynt delivered exactly what they said. They also packaged it well, my concerns that it might get bent in transit were unfounded. If you see a Mynt listing that interests you, from my experience you can bid on it knowing that you will receive exactly what you see!! Congratulations Mynt on delivering what you promised.

Condition description not accurate. Though I believe the item to be authentic, the shape the bag was in was much worse than described. Will be weary of bidding with them again

My experience is I’ve paid for everything and shipping and haven’t confirmed with mynt about the shipping address. Checking out there was no issue with a . After y’all wanted a different physical address which I gave my parents address which is next door but my house is a qtr mile off of Piat and no one delivers to it. Mynt is asking now for a copy of my license which I won’t send. Then they wanted a $3 + for an address change per Liveauctioneers. I’ve paid 115 % more for just shipping than my item. Sincerely, RG

I went to a show on the Freeze Frame concert tour and was able to get a bandana from Peter Wolf, this signed album is a great addition to the memorabilia from that tour. The signatures stand out and were well represented in the images for the auction along with have the JSA authentication. It was extremely well packaged and arrived safely and in a timely manner. I have not received the item I won and trying to get any response from Mynt Auctions is laughable. I even asked for help from Live Auctioneers, which they gladly helped but still no response from Mynt Auctions. I’m very disappointed in this lack of response and service. You decide if you want to do business with a company like Mynt Auctions.

Item was as promised and this item shipped quickly. However dealing outside the auction poses difficulties and they do not respond quickly.

When a auctioneer posts a photo of a coin that quite clearly says it's a two-coin set then FAILS to clearly state in the description that the Auction is for only one coin and not the complete set, it looks like a deliberate attempt to mislead bidders into thinking they are going to receive the complete set even if they only described the one coin, the fact that the photo said it was a two-coin set is enough to cause bidders to bid higher thinking they were bidding on two coins not one. This smacks of fraud. I only received one coin though I bid high enough to buy the complete set. They have done nothing to respond to my request for a refund. And they were slow to deliver the one coin without communicating any reason for the delay. I will not be bidding on anymore of their auctions and am considering filing a complaint with the New York Attorney General's office.

*** BUYER'S BE CAUTIOUS WITH MYNT AUCTIONS *** I never received my Item (s) after Winning them through the Auction Site. Mynt immediately withdrew my funds (which is normal), and then sent me an Email 2 ½ Months later with a ridiculous excuse stating, "The KGJ Jersey that you Purchased & Paid for was somehow sold to someone else after the fact, so you don't get your Jersey, but we have a few other Jerseys that we can send you instead". After I replied to their Email expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with this whole process and demanding my funds back, they have gone MIA (absolutely no response back at all-how convenient)!

The worst customer service I’ve encountered. An item was fraudulently purchased using my account and Mynt Auction was unable to help, even though they ship the product. Deserves zero stars.

The items are beautiful and described accurately. The process was seamless. The company handles the shipping, which was very nice. But one should be aware that there is a pretty hefty handling fee, and patience is needed for items to get to you. Still, this is a very good place to find your treasures.

I have purchased several items from Mynt and have received just this one piece. I inquired about another piece and they offered to sell it to me since the lot passed and I agreed to the purchase so they sent me an invoice through PayPal and stupid me paid for it. Now they refuse to respond to any messaging. I still have not received the item which was the Happy Days Henry Winkler autographed photo with Mork in it. The Auction was July 16th and I purchased July 17th. Still have not gotten the photo. I’m so disappointed. I’ve won another item but after this issue and there being no communication I won’t purchase anything else from them. They have a machine for phone calls where you can leave messages and emails for shipping and support that you can send to but they will not respond. The only thing they respond to is if you inquire about something still being available, which I have, and they offered for me to purchase it outside the auction. Fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Well I’m not falling for that again!!! I just want the photo sent to me!
