New auction house/great auction house
Quick in-house shipping that isn't over-inflated. Excellent buyers fee percentage. Items well described and auction personnel were quick to answer questions. Add to all of these positives, the hand written thank you note, and it will be clear why this new auction house is one of my favorites. Highly recommend without reservation.

A very warm, professional Auction House
This is my first time working with Whites Auctions Charleston and it was a great experience Their photographs of my purchase were absolutely perfect and gave accurately detailed information! Whites were most accommodating and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, both before and after the sale. The auction was well-run, and payment for the transaction was perfectly executed. Pick-up and excellent, careful packing, and shipping by Pak Mail (**********) was outstanding. I thank them all and look forward to working with them again in the future.
