I have purchased 3 times from this auction house now, the first time I received what I purchased, but both this and the last time the items were obviously shoddy fakes. The items were supposedly 19th C ivory carvings, but what I got was not 19th C cheap plastic. The last time I thought it may have been that they didn't know. but this time it wasn't even the item in the pictures! Will not purchase from again.

I am very disappointed with the Auction house "Yorkville Auction Appraisals" The item that I won and paid for, I never got The auction house offered Auction house shipping I also paid to them for shipping After eight months now they did not organize shipping, and I never got the item that I won After long correspondence they still did not provide a proof of shipping, and they refused to refund the payment. They also did not answer any of my emails in the last two months. After that I contacted LIVEAUCTIONEERS Support team, sent to them all proofs and asked them to help me in this issue, but after two months now they did not help me to solve this problem I am very very disappointed and I suggest all potential bidders to avoid the Auction House "Yorkville Auction Appraisals"

No issues with the seller on this, just so strange that Live Auctioneers is still showing a status message of "The auction house is preparing your invoice" months after the invoice was sent, paid, and package received. I only noticed because I am having a total disaster with Live Auctioneers shipping department on another item and wanted to review what I have bought on their platform so far and how well or poorly it has gone with payments and shipping.
