A top notch Auction House
Two of my prized sculptures came from Magnusson, both by the same sculptor. Amy was so kind answering all my questions about dimensions and describing the pieces beyond the narratives provided with the listed lots. The shipping contacts provided by Magnusson were great. My pieces arrived well packed and quickly. I can’t speak more highly about The Magnusson Group.

Posted photo EXPOSES, with close inspection, that bags are NOT sealed, and the Curator lied.
Review photos very carefully, as the curators 'descriptions are not to be relied upon.

Great Auction House with good Customer Service!
This was my fifth purchase from Magnusson Art Group and my experiences with them just keep getting better. As always, everything was exactly as described/pictured. Also, after an outrageous shipping quote from "LiveShipping", they were able to ship all of my items for a drastically lower shipping rate and my items arrived in a timely manner. Can't wait to bid again!

In-house shipping is the best way to go
First time buying from Magnusson Group. The item listed was accurate, and all were in great shape. Fast packing and fast shipping. Always a pleasure doing business with him. Always use in-house shipping if at all possible. Don't use Live Auctioneer if you can help it. They're very expensive and take 3 times longer to get your won items from them.

The live auctioneer shipping costs are outrageously expensive
Live auctioneer shipping is expensive. Now I know, I honored my bid and made payment. I will be very vigilant to ensure that future auctions I avoid at all cost live auctioneers shipping unless provided the cost to me prior to shipping so I can bid accordingly and not feel violated.

A Fun Learning Experience
I have never bid at an auction, so I was apprehensive about the process. I emailed Magnusson a couple times and in both cases they replies quickly with the information. The auction itself was interesting. I decided to pick up the item. I notified Magnusson the date, time we would be there. The people we met there were very friendly and helpful. The man directed us to the storage facility and helped my husband put the item in the car. The entire process was handled very efficiently. I would definitely bid at their auction again!

An Auction House with great stuff and staff
This was my first time bidding with Magnusson and I won the lot I wanted. The staff was great directing me to a shipper, and the shipper was the best. I couldn’t have been happier with my won lot and the Auction House.

They over charge the shipping of a coin

Good pix, Good descriptions
The most important thing about on-line auctions is they must have good pictures and good descriptions. You are at the mercy of the Auctioneer. I've bought from Magnesson group on several occasions and haven't had an issue
