Sorry, you sent a rude email first, I just returned the energy. I answered the original email, and forwarded it for proof. I do not have control over the internet. As for shipping, it is clearly stated in our terms that we do not ship. All questions that were asked, should have been before the auction, not after.

As we do not ship, we recommend shippers who we have successfully used. Damage happens, and I tried to explain to you that you needed to put in an insurance claim with the shipper, but you just kept screaming at me. I do not tolerate being spoken to that way, so I hung up. Sellers, beware of agressive, uncooperative buyer. I tried to speak, but all you did was scream at me.

We held a 400 lot auction, and 250 + lots were picked up within the week, because those clients contacted a shipper on our list or contacted us for assistance. You contacted the shipper over 2 weeks later. Shipper sent you an invoice a few days after he picked up the item, but you were unhappy. We reached out to you, on a Sunday afternoon to rectify the situation, and personally drove out and picked the item to give to the other shipper you decided to go with, after complaining about the cost. I am confused as to why you say the customer service is inept. It sees that you were angling for free shipping. We do not facilitate shipping, so not sure why you say we charged you double. Auction houses beware of problem buyer.
