I purchased six items and they sent four. After I notified them of the missing two items, they sent one. And now they aren't responding at all. And WATCH OUT for their shipping rates-it is $37.50 per item so they fleece you on the shipping unless you purchase something large or heavy.

I purchased an item from United over 60 days ago and, it was never shipped, despite being invoiced and paying the total due (a significant sum, since they ship from the UK). I sent them at least a dozen emails and messages and engaged Liveauctioneers for support, but they have not once responded to these outreaches. United is, by far, the least responsive, most thoroughly customer indifferent firm i have ever dealt with in over 20 years of purchases on auction sites. Buyer beware, if you have even the slightest issue, there is zero support on their part. If you do not receive the product, you are out of luck. I strongly suggest avoiding these auctions completely. They are quick to fill your inbox with upcoming auction announcements and quick to take your money, but I am left with no choice but to conclude this is a scam firm and communications are purely BOT led. Note that in my case it appears they charged both the card on file AND then processed a direct invoice payment against the same card, effectively stealing twice from me.
