The toy is not correct, the steam shovel was added to the the toy. The steam shovel that was added is a riding steam shovel which Buddy L did not have on a train car. Very disappointed.

I paid for the items won at auction on December 5, 2024. I email Potter and Potter on December 20th asking for delivery status. No response. AS of December 26th I still haven’t received the purchased items and received no response as to delivery status

This was a fun and interesting item, and the auction house handled the shipping with due care. Will be bidding again.

This auction house is fantastic. Bought stuff several times over the years. But, through no fault of their own.... shipping, which was done by Liveauctioneers took 3 + weeks after I paid the invoice (which was the same day I received it). The purchase was a bunch of postcards... and these took 3 + weeks!! I used to receive my package within less than a week when the auction house conducted the shipping.

I had an excellent experience with Potter & Potter. I was particularly pleased with how well they packaged the items I won and their care and attention to detail in wrapping, boxing and shipping them.

Horrible experience with this auction house still haven’t received my items or shipping notifications 25 days later and just a bunch of excuses and now I’m out $2000. I would never bid or recommend anybody bidding or using this company very lackluster poor service.
