I've bid with and purchased from Potter & Potter for 4 or 5 years running. They always deliver with good photos and accurate descriptions. If an item has a blemish or flaw they don't try to "polish" the apple. I'm always pleased with my items because they undersell and over deliver. You can Buy with Confidence here! Since I usually drive from a distance to pick up my treasures they are very accommodating with timing for pick up. Brian even helps load my car. Kudos guys.... keep up the great customer experience.

This was my first experience with this Auction House. All we t very well. Would do business again.

Shipping was prompt and packaging was done with obvious care. I had an issue with one item within the Lot I won and Brian, in customer service, took care of it promptly and professionally. I was pleased to find a vintage poster I had been looking for at Potter & Potter. To feel comfortable making my bid, I needed more detailed information and images than had been originally posted. I sent an email requesting the additional info and received a reply very quickly. Having been the successful bidder, I contacted Potter & Potter by phone to settle my account and make arrangements for shipping. They were incredibly responsive to my requests and were provided excellent follow-up.

Potter & Potter Auctions is a pleasure to do business with. The images and descriptions of items at auction is accurate, their responsiveness and delivery is exceptional.

You really need to read between the lines on their product descriptions: they really beat around the bush when describing severe condition issues with the items they auction off. If you can’t inspect the items in person, think twice before bidding.

Everything went smooth. Love the items. I live locally, so did a pick up (on a snowy day, I give the weather one star, but that's not Potter & Potter's fault!). They always have such fascinating items in their auctions, but I normally loose out-not this time. Thanks!
