Accommodating with delayed pick-up
I was extremely pleased with the communication from LKF when I had questions and eventually a delay in picking up my purchases. They were very accommodating and everything went smoothy despite the delay. I look forward to buying from this auction house again.

Never received items
Unfortunately, the items were never sent to me. My initial communication about the issue was answered with a generic reply that didn't take into account that i'd already been waiting for my items for a month and a half. Very disappointing.

Buyer Beware: Poor Communication and Very Slow Service
Itâs coming on 3 weeks that I havenât received my item. I reached out to In Like Kindness multiple times for an update and it took them a week to respond. This transaction started to feel like a scam with how little communication there was and how hard it was to get in touch with someone. They also wonât ship to you directly so you need to plan your own packaging/shipping, which becomes very inconvenient since In Like Kindness doesnât check their emails. Please be aware of this before doing any business again. I do not recommend this âauction house.â
