Steve was easy to deal with quick to resolve my concerns. I plan to do business with him again.
The transaction went smoothly. I entered auction after it had started. I did not have chance to look close at the pictures posted of what was being sold or read there stips. I had couple concerns and Steve was quick to resolve them. I recieved my items and was happy with them.

Customer service was great
Had an initial issue but the customer service was outstanding in getting it resolved. Would definitely buy from them again.

Be ready for limited or zero and anonymous response when messaging.
Be prepared for long delays if any, with messaging and incomplete answers. Have had to be actively following up because of lack of attention before and after sales. I have won over $35, 000 + of items and I have missed out on their auctions I have attempted registration on, only to have them come and go without any reply to my messages and requests. They have made promises to provide alternative auction sites they prefer, but none have been provided. I have no idea who I am dealing with because they never once provided a name in the rare moments they did respond. Maybe this house is run by Ai? Too bad-Wish I could say better-but my experience has been marginal and has cost the auction house sales when I would have been bidding and winning.

Gold Bars
Nervious about purchasing multiple gold bars from a auction house. Was very pleasantly surprised with theit quick responses to my questions and addressed my concerns. Items were delivered quickly and just as described. Plan to do additional buisness with them in the future.

Nice coin. Took a while to get.
Nice gold coin at good price but got very nervous waiting to get it. It took a while to ship USPS and then USPS sent it all around Florida 16 days later it finally cand. Said signature required but the mailman put it my mail box without signature. USPS Bad! First transaction.

Stop with all the fees and remember the little guy is also bidding on auctions.
I thought the idea of an auction was to get an item for a discount of at least at spot price. The exorbitant fees were ridiculous. For $6500 worth of gold, I landed paying $8400. What a scam. And shipping for $114 I get a $12 freight box and it was left in my mail box. No more Live Auctions for me. I understand paying high premiums on a rare item, but a bar of gold is a bar of gold. Im sure the sell also got hosed with premiums.

Honesty and integrity
Had small issues but the honesty and integrity this man has is a rare quility and hard to find in todays world. Will definetly do buisness with them again and encourage anyone else to do the same.

Problem resolved
Received a fake gold bar like others but contacted the seller and worked out the issue to my satisfaction. A very honest business man who probably got burned by a consignor.
