The only thing they are responsive to is payment. Inadequately described.
After several queries that remained unanswered I foolishly took a chance that the item was indeed antique. I asked them about metal content, hallmarks, and if the stones were faux or real and if real, what stones they were. I received ZERO response after asking several times. I would NEVER take a chance on them again. BEWARE!!!

Item advertised as "jade" is indeed jasper
Smooth process for payment and nice selection, however, item advertised as "jade" is not even treated jade, it is jasper, which should cost times less.

Beautiful items, easy process
This was one of my first times ordering jewelry from a UK auction house and the customs process was seamless. The items were packaged sufficiently, and all were just as beautiful in person. Would purchase from Banks again.
