Very good customer service; They took item to shipper right away.
Auction was conducted fairly-no long, drawn out attempts to get higher bids. I used to visit this auction house a lot over the years, but have turned to online bidding recently. They were their usual professional selves and handled payment and delivery to the shipper quickly. They didn't charge extra to use a credit card, and they delivered to the shipper for free. Their photos were accurate. I'm pleased with the process and the item.
