All items in this catalog shall be offered by ABINGDON AUCTIONS LLC., as agent for the consignor(s), subject to the following terms and conditions. Whereby, ABINGDON AUCTIONS LLC., is the agent, the contract is between the Buyer and Seller. Participation in this Auction requires that the Buyer agree that these terms of auction and sale, and they are governed by the Laws of the State of Florida. The following Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement to the purchaser, relative to the items listed in this catalog. By Bidding at this Auction, you agree to be Bound by these Terms and Conditions. ALL ITEMS/LOTS, are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS", with no Warranty or Guaranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Prospective Buyers are urged to examine property prior to the Auction, and make a determination as to their respected bid. A Starting bid is listed with each item. There will be NO Bids accepted, less than the published starting bid. That being said, there are NO RESERVES, and all items will sell with a minimum opening bid. The consignor(S) has/have established High and Low Estimates for some items, however the winning Bid may fall below, or rise above the respective estimates. The consignor has priced most items conservatively, to attract competitive bidding. ALL ITEMS shall be sold to the Highest Bidder, as acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the absolute right and sole discretion to, refuse admission, and/or participation, to reject any Bid, not to acknowledge a Bidder, and to advance Bidding as he/she may decide. All decisions of the Auctioneer are FINAL. Any disputes that may arise after the sale, will be decided by the Record of Sale, which is Conclusive. The Total Purchase Price to be paid by the Bidder shall include the purchase amount, plus a 20%, Buyers Premium. The PURCHASE AMOUNT, is DUE IN FULL, WHEN THE HAMMER DROPS AND THE ITEM IS SOLD TO THE BIDDER. In case of a dispute, the Auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the disputing parties, only and continue the bidding until the item is sold. A
Valid Credit Card should be on file, and the balance will be collected at the COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION ITEMS/LOTS, unless other arrangements have been made. In any circumstance, the final amount shall be paid within 72 hours of the Completion of the Auction. Items that remain unpaid after that time may be resold. ALL payments shall be made in U.S. DOLLARS, by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMEX, PayPal, or any other valid card that Liveauctioneers accepts. The BUYER is RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. ALL items will be shipped the easiest way, and the buyer will be sent an invoice for shipping via Pay Pal. If you would like a different method, call or email me and I will do what I can to assist you. Some items may be sent to a "Pack N Ship", such as a UPS STORE, or we may pack & ship and collect the postage and handling from you prior to mailing your item(s). Any other shippers shall be paid directly. Abingdon Auctions, LLC. is NOT Responsible, and maintains NO Liability, for any breakage or damage, before, during, or after the sale.
