PAYMENT Payment can made through Liveauctioneers. Once you receive your invoice hit the "Pay Now" button and follow the directions. PayPal payments are to be made to grauer@hvc.rr.com please include your name and invoice number when making payment through PayPal. Check, money orders are also accepted. Any invoice totaling over $1,500 must be paid by wire transfer ONLY. The Bidder/Purchaser is legally responsible for payment. Payment is due within 3 days of Auction close. Items will not be released, for any reason, prior to full payment being received. Items not paid for within 10 days are subject to storage fees of $10 per lot/per day, unless arrangements have been made CONDITION Condition requests or additional photography should be made prior to bidding. All condition reports are given as a courtesy to the potential bidder and are the opinion of the Auction. These Conditions of Sale, as well as the Purchaser's and the Company's respective rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. By bidding at an Auction, whether present in person or by Agent, order bid, telephone, internet or other means, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts.
