Buyers shall note that some natural gemstones may be processed by a variety of different techniques, including but not limited to, treatments using oil, heat and resins, which offer an enhanced appearance. Jeremiah's will provide Buyers any available gemological certificates for particular items. INSPECTION If you are uncertain about any item being auctioned, we recommend that you contact us for more detailed information prior to bidding. If you are still uncertain about the item after contacting us, please refrain from bidding. ESTIMATES Quoted replacement and retail values are for Insurance Purposes only. Since jewelry evaluation and appraisals are extremely subjective, an estimate of the retail replacement value may vary from one appraiser to another and such a variance does not necessarily constitute an error on the part of any appraiser. Diamonds and Colored Stones are generally graded only as mounting permits observation. The weight of Diamonds and Colored Stones are estimated by formula and may not be completely accurate. Due to the extremely subjective nature of gemstone analysis, Buyer assumes all risk in purchasing any item(s) auctioned by Jeremiah's. Jeremiah's shall not be responsible for any claims or disputes arising from any item described herein and Jeremiah's or its employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense for any error in or omission arising from any information provided herein. SALES TAX Unless exempted by law, the Buyer is required to pay state sales tax of 7.0% (if located within Florida). Buyer is responsible for any use-tax in their state. Jeremiah's does not collect or submit use-tax on behalf of buyers. Sales tax is only void if Buyer furnishes Jeremiah's a valid resale permit. BIDDING Jeremiah's reserves the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason whatsoever. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the actual Buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on Jeremiah's part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the exclusive final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale, or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute and are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. The auctioneer shall be the sole arbitrator in case of any disputed bid. If there are accidentally two winners, the auction house has the right to determine who should win. NON-PAYING BIDDERS Jeremiah's must receive payment within 7days of the end of auction. If payment is not received within the7 days, your right to the item(s) will be forfeited. Jeremiah's may at its discretion file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert to eBay. Please notify us by e-mail of any special circumstances that would delay you from meeting our payment policy requirements. BIDDER REGISTRATION Prospective Buyers are required to register prior to the auction. Registration is available online at www.ebayliveauctions.com. If you register during the auction we may not be able to approve you before your desired lot #. Any questions shall be directed to Jeremiah's prior to bidding. Registrants attending the auction in person will be provided with a numbered card for bidding purposes. Registrants are responsible for payment of purchases resulting from all successful bids assigned to their card number. Reassignment of card numbers or transfer of purchases to another Buyer during or after the auction is not permitted. The auction house has the right to sell to 2 disputed bidders to speed up the auction process. RULES If any dispute occurs between bidders, the auctioneer reserves the exclusive right to immediately re-list the item up for bid. The auctioneer's sole discretion shall be binding upon all bidders. The auctioneer reserves the right to group multiple lots together and prior to bidding; withdraw any lot from the sale. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the. Bids are accepted in whole dollar amounts only. The auctioneer reserves the right to call for bids at any increment in the sole discretion of the auctioneer. Any bid amount may be accepted or rejected by the auctioneer at its sole discretion. The auctioneer reserves the sole right to refuse to honor any bid that is not submitted in good faith or supported by references to the satisfaction of Jeremiah's. Buyer personally guarantees the payment of the item(s) for this sale. If Jeremiah's deems that Buyer is in default, Jeremiah'smay, in its sole discretion either cancel the sale of the lot(s) and retain as liquidated damages all of the funds paid by Buyer to Jeremiah's and/or resell the lot(s) in any matter necessary by Jeremiah's. Jeremiah's may be a consignor of this sale and may bid on any lot(s) the company has consigned and Jeremiah's also reserves the right to include its own merchandise in this auction event. Jeremiah's reserves the right to add or withdraw items to or from the auction at any time prior to or after the auction without notice. REFUND & RETURN POLICY Jeremiah's gives the buyer a 15 day guarantee if the item is not as described in the auction. All returns require an RMA number. Returns that do not meet these requirements are subject to a restocking fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% of the purchase price. Refunds for Paypal payments made after 30 days of original payment will be made by check. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on any custom orders or jewelry products that have been altered in any way. Rings that have been sized are only eligible for exchange, no refunds. Shipping is never refundable. Buyer's premiums are not refundable. All returns, exchanges, and repairs need to have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Call or email us for the number. This number needs to be either on the return shipping box and/or on any accompaning letter. Placing the RMA number on your return assures you the fastest turn around time for your order. Without an RMA number your package may languish around in the twilight zone while we try to figure out what to do with it. The original invoice must be included in the returned package. Return merchandise, unaltered, in the Original Packaging, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged by the customer, or is not returned to us as instructed. Also rings that were sized upon customer request are not eligible for return. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, or would like any help with this step of the process, please call Customer Service at 1-800-269-9629. We'll be happy to help you any way possible. If the return has an RMA number we will call you or e-mail you to confirm that we have received the returned merchandise and a full refund will be issued to you within three days of confirmation of receipt. Returns without RMA numbers may end up in the twillight zone. Please contact us with any questions about our return & exchange procedure.
