All Commission bids are accepted in accordance with our terms and conditions Please read them before placing a bid CONDITIONS OF SALE PLEASE NOTE NO ITEMS LISTED CONTAIN CONDITION REPORTS PLEASE TELEPHONE THE AUCTION ROOMS AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SALE TO CONFIRM CONDITION OF LOTS LISTED TO AVOID BEING DISSAPOINTED ALSO NOTE THAT ITEMS LISTED ON EBAY WILL FINISH APPROX 12 HOURS BEFORE THE GIVEN DEADLINE-THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL SO DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIDDING TOO LATE OR YOU WILL FIND THE ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD PLEASE ONLY BE PREPARED TO BID IF YOU CAN PAY FOR THE POSTAGE WE WILL ONLY CHARGE A MINIMAL COST FOR PACKING BUT YOUR ITEMS MAY WEIGH HEAVY AND WOULD THEREFORE BE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP POSTAGE Whilst Eastbourne Auction Rooms are happy to pack and arrange postage for most lots purchased it remains the purchasers’ responsibility to select the required service and level of insurance. UK items will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will cover Loss and breakages Under 2kg will cost £12 2kg-10kg will cost £25 Insurance up to £2500 can be obtained at no extra cost Parcelforce will not be used for UK items unless they weigh over 10kgs Parcelforce will not compensate for damage or breakage Non UK items will be shipped using Parcelforce or Internationally Signed For AirMail These items although packed well cannot be insured for damage or breakage only loss and are sent at the buyers risk We can also provide a packing service at cost for other Couriers to pick up but we will need the courier to supply your details before we release any parcel PLEASE NOTE Due to the poor level of service they give to their clients we will no longer accept UPS or FED EX to pick up items from our Salerooms, We do however recommend Mail Boxes at Brighton to ship items If you are successful you will need to confirm your preferred method of shipping.
