It is the bidder's responsibility to research and determine the authenticity of all items. Determination of age, materials, condition, quality and authenticity, regardless of what is written or said by MPCAPITAL, are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Furthermore: photos are part of the description, you must look at all photos before you bid. 4. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. MPCAPITAL shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. 5. ALL PROPERTIES SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. 6. Some property that is sold at this auction can be subject to export/import laws. Receiving the license to import or export goods is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 7. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE AUCTION, NO LATER. We accept credit cards and bank wire, no other options. Payment over $5000 USD must be made by bank wire. All payments must be made in US Dollars. If payment in full is not received within 14 days from the date of the auction, any outstanding amounts will be charged to the credit card on file. 8. Buyers must pay in full for any and all lots won at our auctions in 14 days from the date of the auction. Any dispute or litigation resulting from the sale of items in this auction will take place in the judicial system in the State of New Jersey.
